How do I know if I need suspension service.
Servicing suspension is like changing oil in your car - it needs to be done regularly to keep it performing at its best and will help prevent more costly repair bill down the road. As a general rule you should have basic service performed on your fork and/ or shock each year, and full service (damper service) every other year. If you ride in adverse conditions (wet/ muddy/ salty/ dusty) you will have to perform these service more often. If you experience any problems with the function of your suspension or notice any fluid or air loss, stop riding immediately and contact us for the appropriate action.
